As a summary of this project I leave you with the ideas that we consider most noteworthy:
We start with the project requirements. GoldCar has a strong OnLine presence with a direct impact on their sales. We are presented with the need to guarantee the continuity of your business and the availability of your IT systems.
The project is designed with a recovery plan that guarantees continuity in the event of a possible failure of critical systems, defining that there should be no more than three seconds of outage. For this reason, the redundancy of equipment and connections is a priority.
The datacenter locations are redundant between Madrid and Alicante.
The solution is presented with CISCO ASR1000 and firepower 4100 series equipment, for traffic prioritization and compliance with the required security rules.
