CISCO Webex a new user experience in September 2020.

With the release of update 40.9 in September, CISCO is making changes to the user interface of Webex . The goal, simplify your experience and expand your collaboration capabilities.

We've included some previews of what's coming in September:

Preview window improvement

Easily adjust video and audio settings in your new larger preview window using context menu options that will hover over the "Join Meeting" button.

New controls in the meeting

Cisco is introducing a new way to access meeting controls, making them always available at the bottom of the screen, where they won't cover videos or shared content. The essential meeting controls will remain in the center for easy access, while the panel controls (Participants and Chat) will move to the right, where the panels will open when selected.

Additionally, the buttons are more intuitive, with universally recognizable icons and text labels with shortcut menus so users can easily change meeting settings without missing a meeting pace.

Training "Training" features that come to "Webex Meetings"

With 40.9 and later updates, Cisco Webex introduces even more features to enhance your meeting experience. By incorporating breakout session capabilities into the Meetings experience, you can enhance virtual training for your organization or classroom or facilitate small group collaboration. As a host, you can create multiple work sessions and assign attendees automatically or manually.
