We continue with the shutdown of the Callmanager – Switchboard !

We begin a series of small videos with which we want to leave testimony of the technological advances that we have witnessed over the last 25 years and the topic of voice is one of them.

We have moved from digital switching systems to systems based on data transmission and our PBX (we chose it thinking about the added value it could offer us and our customers from the hand of Cisco Manufacturer that has been our “POST UNIVERSITY”).

It is a pleasure to have these conversations with Enrique and to tell you about something that is now taken for granted but has represented a series of challenges that we will try to summarize briefly in these videos.

Nevertheless, we seek to make known this memory of technological experiences in order to approach and share with people with the same interests.

Talking to Enrique San Valero we commented on the shutdown of a voice system that has helped us to grow from the point of view of knowledge.

Being an internal tool for us we can also understand the problems and their solutions, all this has happened this summer 2024 from the CallManager.

With which we started working in the early days of SOLUTEL.

The company started its activity on June 13, 1997 and it was already in the year 2000 when we began to make decisions of growth and business specialization.

Shutting down a Callmanager and replacing it with an evolution on a cloud platform requires rigor and professionalism to successfully migrate the system.

We work with all customers and suppliers.
Solutel has been deploying voice, data and video communications systems since 1997.
