Have you implemented SD-WAN in your network yet?

Discover why it’s the future of connectivity

What is SD-WAN?

SD-WAN (Software Defined Wide Area Network) is an evolution of traditional WAN networks that uses software to intelligently manage and optimize network traffic. Unlike classic models, where each router and link is configured manually, SD-WAN centralizes control and allows for dynamic decisions based on network and application status.

This technology is especially useful in business environments with multiple locations, cloud applications, and growing performance and availability needs.

SD-WAN vs. Traditional WAN

One of the main differences is the way network links are used. In a traditional WAN, you typically work in active-passive mode, wasting available resources. In contrast, SD-WAN uses an active-active model, taking advantage of all links at the same time and improving effective bandwidth.

In addition, SD-WAN allows you to define traffic policies easily, which is much more complex in traditional networks.
