Temperature sensor Meraki MT11
The Meraki MT11 temperature sensor detects temperature changes in refrigerated environments. Meraki MT11 sensors are used to proactively identify equipment problems and prevent loss of perishable products.
Refrigeration is a critical process to prevent spoilage and ensure compliance throughout the cold chain. Problems with refrigeration equipment can lead to wasted inventory, the spread of disease and costly downtime.
IoT sensors provide information about environmental conditions where visibility is traditionally lacking. The Meraki MT11 temperature sensor, part of the Meraki MT sensor solutions, provides real-time temperature data of cooling assets.
Meraki MT11 reduces the complexity of traditional sensors by eliminating the need for dedicated gateways or management software. MT sensors automatically connect to Meraki MR access points and MV smart cameras as gateways. This interconnection accelerates implementation time.
